Traditionally, Landlords have used a local Agent for each property and approached the business of finding Tenants, collecting rents and managing the fabric of those properties on an individual property basis using the sort of services we offer Single Property Landlords.  Of course, irrespective of the number of properties owned, if you want to appoint us to do that we would be delighted to assist.

However, if your portfolio consists of at least two separate dwellings and is not an HMO (house in multiple occupancy) or a Rent-to-Rent scenario, in addition to our Single Property Services and subject to the specific nature of your portfolio, you could be eligible for our specialist Investment Landlord services below:

       
 
 
Investment Level I

This cost-effective, convenient and bespoke service is designed for Investment Landlords with 2 -  10 single household dwellings, located variously in Surrey, Berkshire or Hampshire.  Please

Investment Level II

This comprehensive, potentially cost-neutral and unique service is designed for  professional Investment Landlords, or institutional investors with 10 or more separate dwellings which could either be apartments or houses located in close-proximity to one another, or  which are far more widely dispersed.  Geography is NOT a limiting factor  and our service range can include involvement in matters unfamiliar to most traditional Letting Agents such as block management.  Please contact us to discuss our refreshingly different approach.
